How do we share a journal?
One partner creates the journal, then opens Settings → Sharing to invite the other. The other partner opens the invitation link on a device with LovInk installed and accepts it. Both partners should use their own Apple Accounts with iCloud enabled.
Why can’t I see my partner’s answer?
Answers appear together after both partners submit. Saving a draft does not submit it. Check that you joined the same journal, have an internet connection, and are signed in to iCloud. Allow time for changes to sync.
When does the daily question change?
Questions currently change at midnight UTC. The local time depends on your time zone and daylight saving time. Both partners use the same daily question.
Why did I receive an answer reminder?
Reminders are scheduled at the local time you choose in Settings. Submitting cancels the reminder for that question on your device. Other devices cancel theirs after your answer syncs. A reminder after the daily reset may be for the new question.
My invitation or iCloud sync isn’t working.
Check your internet connection and iCloud sign-in, update LovInk on both devices, and reopen the app. Only the journal owner manages invitations. Avoid deleting your journal or iCloud data to troubleshoot; contact support if the issue continues.
